NASA found a `wall` in our galaxy, isn`t the Universe infinite?

Thanks to technology, humanity is discovering little by little more about space, now we know what a collision of galaxies looks like and what are the planetoids that orbit close to us.

Recently a wall was discovered in our galaxy that prevents us from seeing beyond. Does this mean that we can finally see the end of our solar system?

This wall was discovered by NASA, and they explained that the wall was hit by Voyager 1 and 2 spacecraft. It took 35 and 41 years respectively to arrive. This would be the border of our galaxy with the rest and is made up of hydrogen molecules.

It is known as a heliosphere and is formed when uncharged hydrogen atoms collide with charged atoms by the solar wind, forming oval helium. This is something that astrophysicists already knew in theory, but had never observed until now.

NASA explains that this is relevant because Voyager 1 and 2 spacecraft are the first to reach and exit it. One of them has an ultraviolet radiation spectrometer and made it possible to take some images of the wall.

According to the scientists, to confirm the theory, the ships must pass through that wall to continue taking images. So they can discover the extent of the solar influence.

If the spectrometer detects a reduction in visible particles, it means that the influence of the Sun ends, but if it continues, it could mean that there is an influence greater than what was considered at first ... or something is expelling so much energy that it affects our solar system .

This will also allow discovering the beginnings of new galaxies, such as Alpha Centaury which is 75 thousand years away at Voyager`s current speed.
